Famous Monsters of Filmland 4 - Ghouls Eye Variant - CGC 7.0

2nd Highest Graded! CGC Note: "FJA 1964, a very rare issue + the publishers pet cover out of the first 28 numbers" written on 2nd page in pen. Purchased from a gentleman who provided the following provenance on 3/3/21: "The magazine was part of my friend's collection - he lived here in Pittsburgh and was a lifelong monster collector. I bought his entire collection of Famous Monsters from him a couple of years ago as I wanted to read all the issues I missed. I do not know the story behind the inscription. I sent some of the better condition extra copies out to be graded last year by CGC. My friend passed away in November - his name was Tony Greco and he was not only a huge collector of vintage monsters, but one of the two biggest collectors of The Munsters. I'd known him for nearly 30 years. His best friend was Kevin Burns - another Munsters collector from LA. Kevin also passed away last year - it was sad to see both of these guys go. RIP
