Inside This Issue

Season’s screamings: Issue #75 tops a Don Post Frankenstein mask — Glenn Strange’s flat-topped Monster — with a Santa hat and suit. The contents are anything but festive: Dr. Terror’s House of Horrors, Return of the Vampire, Hammer’s Dracula, Prince of Darkness, and a creeping Tarantula. Mask-making king Don Post himself gets his due.

☠ Collector's Notes

The seasonal tradition pays off: Issue #48’s Santa mummy gets answered here by Glenn Strange’s Monster in the full Christmas kit. Holiday-cover collectors want both bookends — and the Amicus anthology coverage inside is solid early-’70s fare.
