Famous Monsters Forryever is an unofficial fan tribute site dedicated to preserving the legacy of Famous Monsters of Filmland magazine (Warren Publishing, 1958–1983) and honoring the memory of Forrest J. Ackerman. This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Famous Monsters of Filmland, its current rights holders, Warren Publishing, or any of their successors or assigns.

4. CGC Graded Collection & For-Sale Books
Books in our CGC collection are offered for sale through direct email inquiry only. No binding contract of sale is formed by viewing a listing or clicking “Inquire.” A sale is only concluded when both parties have agreed in writing. We make reasonable efforts to keep listing statuses current but cannot guarantee availability between inquiry and response. CGC grades and registry information are provided for reference only; verify with the CGC registry for authoritative data. No payment is collected or processed on this Site.
5. Cover Images & Intellectual Property
Cover scans and artwork from Famous Monsters of Filmland are reproduced for non-commercial, educational, archival, and commentary purposes consistent with fair use principles. We do not claim ownership of any Warren Publishing cover art, logos, or trademarks. If you are a rights holder with a concern about specific content, contact us at famousmonstersforryever@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
